How does the rental process work?
After booking, you'll receive a confirmation and a short questionnaire about your wedding — the date, aesthetic you're going for, and any key moments you want captured. We'll ship your fully prepared camcorder so it arrives 2-3 days before your wedding day, giving you plenty of time to get comfortable with it. You capture the magic, then use the pre-paid label to ship it back to us. Once received, we organize all of your footage and create your personalized 3-4 minute highlight film. Inside the box you'll also find a recommended shot list card with space to note who you want capturing key moments, plus easy instructions on how to use the camcorder.
When will I receive my highlight film?
Your organized raw footage is delivered within 10 days of the camera's return, and your professionally edited highlight film is delivered within 2-3 weeks.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a $150 refundable security deposit is required for each rental to cover accidental damage or loss.
