How does the camcorder rental process work?
After booking, you'll fill out a short questionnaire about your wedding day — the vibe, key moments, and who'll be behind the lens. We ship your fully prepared camcorder 2-3 days before your event. You capture the magic, then ship it back with the prepaid label. We organize your raw footage within 10 days, and deliver your personalized highlight film within 2–3 weeks.
What's included in the rental package?
Your box includes a fully charged Sony camcorder, extra batteries and a charger, a 256GB memory card, easy-to-follow instructions, a suggested shot list, and a prepaid return shipping label. Hand it to a guest and press record — no technical know-how required.
When will I receive my highlight film?
Your organized raw footage is delivered within 10 days of the camcorder's return. Your professionally edited 3–4 minute highlight film follows within 2–3 weeks.
Is it easy to use for beginners?
Yes — completely. The camcorder is set up for simple point-and-shoot operation. Your guests just press the red button and let it roll. A printed quick-start guide is included in the box, just in case.
How long can I keep the camcorder?
The standard rental is 7 days, which covers your event weekend plus shipping time on both ends. Destination weddings or multi-day celebrations can be accommodated with an extended rental — just reach out and we'll customize it. Return the camcorder within 72 hours of your event using the prepaid label included in the box.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes — a $200 refundable security deposit is required at booking for each camcorder rented. It's released once the camcorder is safely returned to us.
What if the camcorder arrives damaged or doesn't work?
Every camcorder is tested and inspected before it ships. If something isn't right when it arrives, contact us immediately — we'll sort it out well before your wedding day.

Most couples find it way less stiff too, since it's usually a close friend or sibling behind the lens. If you'd rather not task a guest, our team is also available for on-site wedding content creation — just ask.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3–6 months before your wedding date, especially for spring, summer, and fall dates — those fill up fast. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible, so don't hesitate to reach out even if your date is coming up soon.
